These wholesome and delicious products are available for sale to the public at local venus and onsite, as well as for the benefit of our local community. With a seven-acre pond and streams meandering throughout the property you’ll find a peaceful, serene environment at Forty Niner Farms and Ranch. We also yield a total of 10 miner inches of water from the Georgetown ditch daily, therefore we have an abundant and reliable water source for our farming operations. This allows us to cultivate our crops with care and precision, ensuring optimal growth and quality.
As we continue to develop our ranch, we are excited about the prospects it holds. Our vision includes the creation of twelve 10-acre lots, providing an opportunity for individuals to embrace a ranching lifestyle on this picturesque property. Currently, we also have cattle grazing on our land, adding to the rustic charm and vitality of our ranch.
Adjacent to our property is an equestrian center, allowing us to offer enjoyable trail rides through the seasons. Whether you’re an experienced rider or a novice, these scenic trails provide an opportunity to immerse yourself in nature and experience the beauty of our back 300 acres.
